Why do you want to become an egg donor?
I've already been an egg donor a few times but would really love to do it a couple more times before I age out. I don't want biological children, but I've seen how happy being a parent has made my mother and others, and I would love to be able to help a couple more parents achieve that wonderful gift. I was taught to give back, and since I won't be 'using' my own eggs I would really love to give them to others who will.

What are your special talents?
I'm a very accomplished writer, I'm a great singer, and I've always been gifted athletically. I was a competitive fencer as a child, ran the Los Angeles Marathon when I was thirteen, rock climbed as a teenager, was on the swim team, and took track and field in college. I also study martial arts. I've been told I'm a pretty good cook too!

Who are you closest to in your family and why?
I'm closest to my mother. We supported each other a lot while I was growing up. I helped co-parent my siblings (two of whom are much younger than I am) and she homeschooled me to give me a better education since our public school was not great and she couldn't afford to send me to a better school or pay for tutors. She's always supported me and encouraged me to be a self-advocate, an activist, and educated.
-
What was the defining moment that made you choose your field of study/career path?
I've always loved to make up stories, but it was watching action movies with my best friend at sleepovers when I was thirteen that made me realize I wanted to act - the actors seemed to have so much fun doing the car chases and fight scenes, and I wanted to do that too. In acting I could get to 'be' in the stories I loved so much and basically get paid to play pretend, and what's more fun than that?
-
If you could tell the intended parents who are considering you one thing, what would it be?
When I previously donated, I cried as it truly hit me the miracle I was getting to participate in. Becoming a parent is the scariest, most wonderful thing, and to have the honor of getting to help you start that journey means more to me than I can say.
