Why do you want to become an egg donor?
At first, I would like to become an egg donor because given my health problem at 14, I read a lot about the worst case that could possibly happen, which was the possibility of me losing my uterus and the opportunity to one day become a mother. Despite being very young, I know how important it is for a woman (without generalizing) the power of choice and the chance to experience such a beautiful phase of life as motherhood. I felt in my skin the displeasure of the unknown and the possibility that one day I could never become a mother and I don't wish that for anyone. Today, faced with a healthy life and the chance given to me, I intend to collaborate so that other families can also have the same opportunity. In addition, I have increasingly been looking for ways to help others and be a better person, so that my life on earth would be worthwhile, because there is nothing more rewarding than being able to contribute to someone's happiness.

Anything special you'd like to tell us about you?
Yes. I know myself so well that I don't even know where to start, but I would like to talk about my most outstanding characteristics. I am a person of personality, one that cannot be influenced or repressed. I'm a person at heart, in a way that my happiness basically happens when the people around me are on track and happy. I love my family, my friends, and my life in general, and I feel very blessed despite having gone through many trials in my life. I am a person in a constant and I would even say the eternal search for my spiritual evolution, because I really like to give meaning to the present that is life. I love animals and have always had cats at home, in addition to having practiced equestrianism for 8 years and being very attached to horses. I am a big fan of nature and I love the heat, beaches, waterfalls, and trails as much as snow, mountains, and rainy days. I'm hyperactive and a little lazy, but not in a way that gets in the way of my routine and doesn't let me finish my chores. I am extremely extroverted and a bit exaggerated, I really like to talk, play and go out, while I love my own company, taking care of the house and myself. I'm vain, I'm always taking care of myself, I care a lot for the image. I am passionate, intense, I give myself body and soul to whom I feel I deserve. I really like writing, debating, and listening to music, I even love to dance with passion. I'm a little angry when I say it's really not and I need time to settle in when I'm upset, otherwise, I end up saying things on the spur of the moment that I always regret later. And as I recall, this is it.

-
Are you currently working? If so where and in what capacity?
Yes, I work as a collaborator for a representative of Italian clothing, footwear and accessories brands. As I said, at the moment I have my college paused because I left all my family in Brazil and came to Portugal in search of new student and work opportunities, but 1 month after my arrival the Covid-19 pandemic started and I had to wait to be able to continue college. Faced with the need and lack of financial support from my family, I started to work for my own support and I would say that this was one of the greatest gifts that life could have given me, because I evolved a lot as a person and my personality changed a lot, so that I am thinking of starting another higher course next year, the biomedicine course

Who are the most important people in your life?
Definitely, my family, my family members are my foundation, people who have dedicated themselves to the maximum for me, and between us, there is a bond of love that I cannot explain through words. This involves my mother, my father, my great aunt, my older sister, and my cousin, the daughter of the great aunt I mentioned. Still, if I may, I wanted to place myself as one of the most important people in my life because only I know how much I fight for myself. So yes, I'm on a podium where first place belongs to all of us together.
-
What are your special talents?
I would say that I have the gift of oratory and writing, it is through these ways that I manage to be who I am in my best version. In addition, I like to dance and I take great pleasure in expressing myself through body movements, in connection with music. I've been horseback riding since I was little and this has become my favorite hobby, although at the moment I haven't found a place in Portugal to continue this sport. Since I was little, I know how to fight. My father is a five-time world champion judo master so since I was little I was encouraged to practice martial arts and I really identify with both judo, boxing, and MuayThai. I would say that one of my special talents is also feeling energies from places and people.

What is the one change you wish to see in the world?
I believe that everything is based on a change in each one's awareness and empathy. If people started putting themselves in each other's places there would be no hunger, there would be no greed, there would be no political problems, there would be no manipulation, there would be no environmental problems, there would be no racism, there would be no bullying, there would be no sadness. It lacks an individual cure of the whole. Lacks love.

The fact of having overcome all the adversities of life, of not having let difficulties in childhood affect me definitively. The act of having moved to another country by myself and having managed to grow so much from it.

What is a book you love?
Anne Frank's diary. It is a book that causes me many feelings, among them those of indignation and compassion. It taught me to value what I have, the opportunities that come my way, and to explore the freedom my life has to offer. In addition to valuing those by my side, loyalty, and equality in relationships.

What was the defining moment that made you choose your field of study/career path?
There were two important factors for me to choose law school at that time. The first one was mine was my personality and my strong inclination to debate and prove my point of view (let's say I really have a very strong personality lol). The second was the strong support of my cousin for being passionate about the area and believing that I would do well in it. However, regarding this other course that I intend to start next year, I feel inclined because of the new person I've become and the taste I've developed in doing something more for others. Also, I have family members in Brazil who are following an IVF opening project in both São Paulo and Portugal, so it would be a great professional opportunity for me.

If you could tell the intended parents who are considering you one thing, what would it be?
I would say that, first of all, it is an immense pleasure to participate in such a beautiful and transformative process in someone's life. I know it's a difficult decision and you want to make the right choice, so listen to your hearts and your intuition as it never fails. What concerns me is to make myself available in case you need something (be it answers, be it something in the future), because far beyond donating eggs I'm donating a part of me and I don't see it as something banal. I sign up for this Application because above all I know that I can contribute not just eggs, but a part of someone who will become an incredible being. I hope you are at peace with your heart and that regardless of choosing me, you can find exactly what you are looking for and that you are abundantly happy.

Where do you see yourself in ten years?
In short, 10 years I see myself trained in biomedicine and practicing, married, with 2 children, doing community work in my spare time. I always see myself looking for moments of happiness, family trips, few friends, and private life away from the evil eye. I see myself with my family close by and increasingly connected with nature, everyone around me, and especially with my essence. I see myself not giving up in the face of unfavorable circumstances and I see myself being important on a level that few are.
