Anything special you'd like to tell us about you?
I come from a super athletic family so athletics comes with ease. I’m naturally compassionate and empathetic. I’m the friend people turn to when they need support. I also excel at problem-solving and creative thinking which helps me approach challenges with optimism. Growing up, I had to switch teams almost every year and I’ve transferred to a number of schools which has allowed me to develop my social and communication skills as well as be adaptive and flexible. Because of this, I also have a positive outlook on life and a resilience that helps me stay calm under pressure.

Who are the most important people in your life?
The most important people in my life are my two grandmas and my circle of best friends. They have been there for me through it all and have given me an unconditional amount of support and love. I wouldn’t be who I am today if it wasn’t for them. They are all full of wisdom, kindness, maturity, and laughter. They have good hearts and beautiful souls that have allowed me to learn many perspectives on life which I appreciate so much because I feel like being able to understand yourself is the key to understanding other people. They’ve taught me everything I know.
-
What are your special talents?
Well I’m left-handed. I’m a quick learner, good at public speaking, and have a strong aptitude in math. Like I said, I’m super athletic. I’ve played almost every sport. Being fit is a big part of me as well, so I continue to stay in shape by lifting weights, doing Pilates, and yoga.

I consider my greatest strengths to be adaptability, compassion, and optimism. I am able to connect with people from all walks of life, stay positive, and remain supportive and understanding in any situation.
-
What is your favorite dish to consume?
I love breakfast. I could go a number of ways with this but if I had to pick it would be a traditional breakfast with a Belgian waffle, scrambled eggs, and sausage links. Honestly though, sushi is a close second.
-
What is something you've accomplished in life that you are most proud of?
I’m most proud of finally getting my college degree.
-
What is a book you love?
I don’t have a favorite one but I really love self care and psychology books.
-
How would other people describe you?
Friends and family would describe me as reliable, empathetic, and open-minded. That I’m someone who listens and helps without judgment.
-
Describe your own personality to us
I would describe myself as kind, reliable, and friendly. I consider myself reflective and dependable. I take commitments seriously and aim to be supportive and encouraging in all areas of life.
-
Who are you closest to in your family and why?
I’m closest to my grandmas. They’ve always been like my best friends. Growing up I had strict parents because they wanted me to be successful in every aspect of my life. So, my grandmas were like my outlets and sources of fun where I got to just be a kid or be myself and they loved and accepted me no matter what.
-
What was the defining moment that made you choose your field of study/career path?
Well I knew I always wanted to do something in the health field but that could still be anything. I remember I was in my college dorm taking general education classes at the time and trying to decide what I should major in. I just so happened to come across a video of a guy that said, “wherever your mind goes during your free time, that’s what you should major in.” So then it hit me, every time I have downtime my mind goes directly to working out and which workouts I’m going to do and for how long and what I’m targeting, etc. That was the defining moment that made me choose studying exercise science.
-
If you could tell the intended parents who are considering you one thing, what would it be?
I would tell them that I understand how meaningful this journey is and that I am committed to being a thoughtful, understanding, and supportive donor.

Sports/Dance/Hobbies you enjoy
I’m all about taking care of yourself so I love doing meditation and yoga but also working out like lifting weights and Pilates. I like to get facials and massages. Basically I like to do a lot of self care activities. I dance for fun but I’m not a professional dancer or anything. I love taking walks when it’s nice outside or just sitting on the beach and listening to the waves. But, I also love to be indoors curled up and comfy watching a movie or just hanging out with my friends.

Where do you see yourself in ten years?
In ten years, I see myself living my dream life which means I have financial freedom and I finally have the ability to do what makes me happy whether that means traveling the world or buying a beach house and sitting on the beach all day, but the point is it’s my life and my decisions and I have the ability to do so.
