Why do you want to become an egg donor?
Above all else, I want to donate my eggs because I know how much it could help. People who have the desire to become wonderful parents deserve it. It would bring me so much happiness to play a role in creating a beautiful, healthy family. In fact, I have always thought that I would donate my eggs one day. I have witnessed the creation of families with the help of this process. Prior, some didn't ever think they'd be able to have babies of their own. It's so incredible!I want to help make someone's dream come true simply because I am capable of doing so. I am lucky to be a healthy, happy, thriving individual. On top of that, I am far more devoted to wellness than the average person. I think that I make a really great candidate for egg donation because of this. I am finally old enough to do it. I feel very ready and excited to make this happen!

Anything special you'd like to tell us about you?
Something special about me is my devotion to health. I'm an athlete, I have always been super active throughout my life. I come from an athletically gifted family, hence my muscle-building genes! Many of my aunts and uncles played a sport in college, as well as my mother and her father. I think deeply about what I put into my body. I consume what makes me thrive (both physically and mentally). I avoid consuming things that hurt my performance, like alcohol and fried foods. I am completely devoted to a holistic lifestyle.Something else that is special about me is my intelligence. I have always been a big reader. The Harry Potter series was my first major triumph! I finished by the time I reached 4th grade, and I was hooked on books afterwards. These days, I tend to read more nonfiction than I did when I was younger. However, I am open to reading anything that is recommended to me. I have always been a talented writer as well. I do a lot of personal short-stories in my free time. I have researched-based writing skills as well, and completed many political works through college (based on both qualitative and quantitative data). I am very skilled at this, and consider writing my greatest academic strength. I dream of publishing one of my pieces someday. In school, I was talented at my science and math classes, completing work at advanced levels. All of my favorite classes, however, are within the social sciences. I am a talented speaker. I use my voice with conviction, and truly enjoy presenting to a group/crowd of people. In my life, I've been lucky to have gained some practice with my public speaking. For example, I participated in an independent research inquiry course when I was in high school, studying political division. After a year of intense study, I did a mini "Ted Talk" presentation. I ended up winning an award for this research. I hope to continue developing this skill set in the future.

Are you currently working? If so where and in what capacity?
Currently, I'm a full-time restaurant server. I work this job specifically in order to save money while I finish my bachelor's degree. I've worked in the food service industry since I was 15 years old because my family owns a few restaurants. I have loads of experience! The thing I enjoy most about this job is working with people. It's a great setting to make connections.

Who are the most important people in your life?
The most important people to me are my parents and siblings. My mom and dad mean the world to me. I have such uniquely close and open relationships with both of them. I can remember being young, and seeing my friends be secretive with their parents. I never understood that, because of how close I am to my family. I knew I could trust my parents with everything throughout my life. They never judged my decisions, but rather, gave me valuable advice. They support me so much to this day. They taught me to always work hard, and overcome adversity. My mom and dad allowed me independence from a young age, which gave me loads of confidence. I can't thank them enough. Their guidance has made me a resilient human. I am a big sister to three little siblings. They are 15, 11, and 9 years old. Watching them grow has been extraordinary. I can't believe how fast it all goes. I love them to death! I can't wait to continue being proud of their accomplishments. I hope that I can be a great role model for them, and someone they feel like they can always reach out to for help.

What are your special talents?
I am athletically gifted. I began playing competitive sports at a very young age. I played soccer and lacrosse, ran track, did gymnastics, danced, and even figure skated. Even now that I am a "retired" athlete, I pick up new sports. I recently started playing golf and roller skating. I am naturally competitive and strong, which really helps me advance in any sport I play. On top of that, I love to be active. I lift, run, or do some workout every day. I am academically gifted as well. I am an especially strong reader and writer. I have always taken the most difficult classes I can, and enjoyed doing so. I read books and write for leisure. Some random subjects I love are history, the human body, and animal behavior.I have a very creative mind. I express this through my writing. I create short stories and excerpts in journals, just for fun. I've always dreamed of publishing my works. I have recently put my creativity to use by creating social media content. I am active on a few different platforms. I share information about my former collegiate athletic career, athlete mental health awareness, holistic lifestyle, and yoga. I am an activist through and through. I care so deeply about things like supporting the underprivileged members of society, working against divisions, and animal rights. I have used this part of my personality to work on political campaigns, and support various volunteering efforts. Activism seems to be a natural part of my personality. It is honestly the quality I am most proud of!

What is the one change you wish to see in the world?
For people to be less materialistic. A strong focus on items and money makes one forget what's truly important. That is, human connection. Material things make us selfish. Maybe if we could learn to care less about them, we'd be a little more kind to each other.
-
What would you consider to your greatest strengths?
First, my activist mentality. I am driven to support people/animals that need help. I am hardwired to consider those less fortunate than myself. I have a caring nature that I am very proud of, and I always strive to put it to good use.Second, my leadership skills. I act upon my beliefs, which are well thought out and balanced. I try to weigh logic and emotion as evenly as possible in decision-making. I've never been someone to go with the "right" thing or way simply because someone says it's right. I try to choose for myself. I am strong-willed, convicting, good at connecting people, and caring. I think I am a fair leader who is well-liked when in that position.Third, my identity as an athlete. It is a core part of who I am, and always will be. I am a team-player through and through. I am tough, and will always fight to win. I am communicative. I sacrificed for my sports, and it made me strong. I have no regrets in regards to this.

What is your favorite dish to consume?
I love all Italian food, but my favorite is probably eggplant rollatini! My mom does it the best! I always ask her to make it for me when I go home.

What is something you've accomplished in life that you are most proud of?
I am so proud of myself for playing DI lacrosse on a scholarship in college. I came from a family of athletes that played at the highest level, and I looked up to them so much. All I wanted was to play in college through my childhood. I committed to college across the country at age 15, as a sophomore in high school. I lived in upstate New York. It was such a huge accomplishment. My journey through college athletics was not an easy one. I dealt with horrible injuries that ended up derailing my career. It was not easy, and at many points, I struggled. Looking back, I feel nothing but pride. Even though my career didn't turn out how I imagined, I learned more than I ever imagined I would.

What is a book you love?
I love the alchemist. I think everyone should read it at least once. It's a story of bravery, overcoming obstacles, and spirituality. It emphasizes the idea of letting doubt go in order to reach true success. It deals with pushing beyond adversity to live a better life.
-
How would other people describe you?
Bubbly, active, energetic, adventurous, funny, a leader. People always tell me I smile and laugh a lot. They tend to see me as an ambitious and strong-willed person. In the workplace, my bosses say I have a great work-ethic. My friends would sarcastically tell you I am very loud (I come from a family of Italian New Yorkers and I blame them for my loud speaking voice). They would also say I have a lot of fun.

Describe your own personality to us
I am an adventurer above all else. I love learning, exploring, and just claiming all that I can in life. This is part of the reason that I am such a social person. I enjoy mingling with all kinds of different, unique people. I am a very caring person, and truly appreciate holding space for people. I am very bold and opinionated. I am a debater. I have a strong personality, and I am extremely intentional with my energy.

Books you are currently reading
I am currently reading, "The Disease Delusion," which is all about integrative wellness. I just finished a romantic book called, "Part of Your World." That one was sort of like watching a RomCom! (guilty pleasure of mine)

Who are you closest to in your family and why?
I am the closest to my mom. My mom and I are best friends. We talk every single day and I tell her everything. I look up to her more than anyone. She is so strong and beautiful. In 2019, my mother lived out her dream of opening her own dress shop. The business is thriving, and it goes to show how talented and creative she is. She is an amazing mother.

What was the defining moment that made you choose your field of study/career path?
I knew I would want to study political science in college during the 2016 election. Hearing all the debates, opinions, and news fueled a fire inside of me. I wanted to learn more, and get involved. I'd try to debate policies with anyone I could. I began conducting my own research, and involving myself in campaigns. The defining moment that made me choose nursing was when I began teaching yoga. As a former athlete and coach, I knew I was passionate about anatomy and wellness. I've always known I want to work with people, and preferably, in a setting where I am giving care to people. However, when I found myself in a position where I could hold space for someone in need, it just sort of clicked in my mind. I am meant to be a caretaker.

If you could tell the intended parents who are considering you one thing, what would it be?
I would tell them that, whether or not I am the right one for them, I hope they find a donor that fulfills their desires. The reason I want to donate my eggs in the first place is because I want to help change lives. Being just a tiny part in the creation of a healthy, happy, beautiful family would mean so much to me. So, whether or not I am the one for you, I really do wish you the absolute best in your search, and for your future baby!

Places you'd love to travel
I LOVE to travel! I have been lucky enough to see a lot of the US, some parts of Europe, and Costa Rica. I have a huge list of places I want to go, but India is #1 on my list. I want to complete my 500 hour yoga teacher training here, and work in an ashram. I would love to do volunteer work while I am there, and also to learn more about the culture.

I love hanging out with friends and family as often as I can, and taking care of my pets.

Where do you see yourself in ten years?
I see myself thriving in my career. I see myself working in an integrative wellness clinic, and teaching yoga on the side. I predict that I might be married, and starting to consider having babies of my own! In ten years, I hope to have amazing friendships and relationships, and an overall fun life.
