Why do you want to become an egg donor?
I would like to become an egg donor to help a variety of families. I personally do not wish to have children of my own. I would like to be able to help those who do wish to have a family. Supporting those with infertility is something I also feel passionate about.

Anything special you'd like to tell us about you?
I would not say I am special, but I would like to think the way I make others feel is a special thing. People won't remember what you said or did, but they will remember how you made them feel. I would say that is my special quality.

Other achievements or honors
Graduated high school with a 4.22 GPA, top of my military medical training class, 3.8 GPA in undergraduate studies. These are a few I am proud of!

What is/was your major?
Psychology

Are you currently working? If so where and in what capacity?
Yes! I just recently separated from the USAF. I was a medic for six year, working in various settings (trauma, ENT, plastic surgery, orthopedics, etc.). Now that I am out of the military I am working at ABA Across Environments as a RBT.

Who are the most important people in your life?
The most important people in my life are my mom and two sisters. We are very close and share a very special relationship.

What are your special talents?
Special talents, hmm! This is a hard question. I would say that I am a very quick learner and retain information very easily. My memory is my special talent.

What is the one change you wish to see in the world?
One change I wish to see in the world is a collective will to improve life on Earth.

What would you consider to your greatest strengths?
My greatest strengths are my communication skills, my passion for learning and helping others, and my understanding of the human experience.

What is your favorite dish to consume?
My favorite dish to consume is sushi! I enjoy trying new things, but my simple pleasure is fresh sushi.

What is something you've accomplished in life that you are most proud of?
I am proud that I have been blessed to create a life I am thrilled to live and experience every day.

What is a book you love?
A book I love is "The Body Keeps the Score" by Bessel van Der Kolk. It is the book that inspired me to pursue my PhD in Clinical Psychology and find my passion for trauma-informed care.

People would describe me as curious, passionate, kind, intellectual, and humorous.

Describe your own personality to us
The Myers & Briggs personality test describes me as an INFJ-T (Advocate). I include that for a larger sense of understanding, I would describe myself as compassionate, kind, resilient, driven, and curious.

I am currently reading the book, "The Story of the Human Body" by Daniel E. Lieberman and "Behave: The Biology of Humans at Our Best and Worst" by Robert M. Sapolsky.

Who are you closest to in your family and why?
I am closest to my younger sister. We are close in age and share so many life experiences. She is my best friend!

What was the defining moment that made you choose your field of study/career path?
The defining moment that made me choose to pursue Clinical Psychology was when I took my first psychology class in undergrad. When I sat down in that class for the very first time, I just knew that this was what I meant to do. I believe I was born to help others. This is also why I would like to donate my eggs as well.

If you could tell the intended parents who are considering you one thing, what would it be?
I would hope that they have considered every aspect of what having a child truly means. The things that we say, do, and even don't do have a profound effect on a child's life outlook, personality, health, etc. Love heals, love grows, and love supports.

Places you'd love to travel
New Zealand, Switzerland, Iceland, Europe...many other places, but I won't go on. I love to travel!

What are your favorite words to live by?
My favorite word to live by is "grit". It sounds cliche, but it has been a consistent motivating word throughout my life thus far.

I enjoy hiking, cycling, reading, volunteering, and spending with my dog Daisy!

Where do you see yourself in ten years?
In ten years I see myself working at a Mental Health facility or opening my own private practice. I am extremely passionate about mental health and wherever I end up, I will be fulfilled, happy, and healthy.
