Why do you want to become an egg donor?
I have gone through the egg donation process twice with an agency that tailored to gay and single parents. I am a part of the lgbtq community and I value the ability I have to give back to people when this is their only option and I have the means to do so. It feels rewarding to me and a bit full circle as I know that one day when I'm ready to have my own children, I will have to go through a similar process with my own partner.

What is the one change you wish to see in the world?
I really envy other countries that have not only free health care, but easier access to health care in general. With the way of the world right now, it's uncertain what's to come, but I do hope to see some changes like making basic health care easily accessible for any and everyone. Our health affects our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual being. It's so important. It breaks my heart seeing people suffer over something other places seem to have so easily figured out.
-
What would you consider to your greatest strengths?
My empathy and compassion for people. I feel like I have always seen the world through a rose-colored lens and I try to always stay open to perspectives of others. I think it's a strength of mine because it keeps me kind, understanding and easy to get along or connect with.

Obtaining a scholarship to play soccer in college. I was a first generation college student and a very late bloomer in terms of playing soccer. I've never worked so hard or passionately at something before and my heard work paid off because I earned a scholarship to play for a division one university.

Describe your own personality to us
I like to believe I am an introverted extrovert. I love my alone time and to take care of myself in my own company. I can be really quiet around new faces but when I'm comfortable, I'm pretty outgoing and always trying to get to know the people around me better. I love human connection. I'm passionate about music and attend festivals and shows often. I think that's where I feel most myself and my bubbly child like wonder comes to life.

Who are you closest to in your family and why?
My older brother. We have a 6 year age gap and have never been very close. We've never had a single fight ever but we just kept our distance a bit because of our age difference. When my parents went through a divorce in 2022, we became a lot closer. He is now my best friend, my confident and I would go to the ends of the earth to protect him. We both have learned to connect over our shared talents and passions for art and music and trying to understand the way the world works, he's the best!

What was the defining moment that made you choose your field of study/career path?
My degree is in public relations. For the longest time I wanted to work in sports. I was considering going into working for a public relations agency or working in journalism for sports teams, and then I picked up a minor in psychology. I fell in love with the field of becoming a therapist. I ended up starting a masters program after graduating with my bachelors, for mental health counseling. However it was right in the midst of the pandemic and a lot was up in the air so I had to drop out of the program. I found other passions in pursing my art and moved across the country to find new opportunities for myself. I'm honestly uncertain on exactly what I want as my career path. But I'm learning that my passion for art is growing and I am working on finding new ways to turn it into a career I would enjoy.

If you could tell the intended parents who are considering you one thing, what would it be?
I would tell the parents that if theres anything at all you would like to know about me it's that I am a person of integrity. I never lie on any of these questionnaires, I'm honest and true to my word. I find it really vulnerable to open your life and decisions to this process as well as my own and having you get to know me so deeply, even if you never actually get to meet me. I will say, I find so much value and reward in being able to help in this process for you. I'm honored to be chosen by you, and I will continuously honor and respect your decisions to remain private or open or whatever you choose. We are essentially in this together. And I am really proud to be able to help the world in this way.
