Why do you want to become an egg donor?
I’ve always prioritized my health through exercise and nutritious eating, and it’s something I truly value. Seeing several women in my life struggle with infertility and go through multiple failed IVF attempts has been heartbreaking. It’s made me realize how much I want to help couples achieve their dream of becoming parents. If I were in their shoes, I would want my donor to be someone who takes care of their body, and I feel grateful for the opportunity to offer that to someone in need.

Anything special you'd like to tell us about you?
I’m married to my best friend, and together we share a love for travel, always looking for our next adventure. We have a dog who we rescued about 6 years ago, I spent six months living in Austria studying German and speaking the language, which was an unforgettable experience that deepened my love for different cultures. Growing up in a military family, I learned to adapt quickly and embrace change, which has shaped who I am today. I studied biochemistry and am now pursuing my master’s in nutrition to become a registered dietitian—a career path that blends my passion for science and helping others. When I’m not studying or working, I love getting creative with spackle canvas art. It’s my favorite way to unwind and express myself outside of the world of science and nutrition.

What are your special talents?
I’ve always had a mix of science, creativity, and a passion for helping others. With a background in biochemistry and lab research, I love learning about how the human body works, which led me to pursue a career in nutrition and dietetics. My experience as a medical assistant and HIPAA compliance officer has given me a strong foundation in patient care, but I’ve also found so much fulfillment in coaching others to improve their health through fitness and nutrition. Growing up in a military family taught me how to adapt quickly and embrace change, which has helped me in so many areas of my life. I also have a love for languages and spent six months living in Austria studying German—an experience that pushed me outside my comfort zone and gave me a whole new perspective on the world. Outside of science and health, I have a creative side that I express through spackle canvas art, which has become one of my favorite ways to unwind. I’ve also channeled my passion for wellness into building Thrive Body Collective, creating fitness programs to help others feel strong and confident. I love that my journey has allowed me to blend science, creativity, and entrepreneurship, and I’m excited to see where it takes me next.

What is the one change you wish to see in the world?
I would love to see our healthcare system and the FDA shift toward truly prioritizing health by promoting whole, nutrient-dense foods and preventative care. Too often, our system focuses on treating illness rather than preventing it, and highly processed foods continue to dominate the market despite their negative impact on health. I believe that by emphasizing education, better food regulations, and a more proactive approach to wellness, we could create a society where people thrive instead of just getting by.

Who are you closest to in your family and why?
I’m closest with my dad because he’s always been a steady, supportive presence in my life. Growing up in a military family, we moved around a lot, and my dad was the one who kept us grounded. He taught me the importance of resilience, adaptability, and working hard to achieve goals. We’ve always shared an easy, open line of communication, and he’s someone I can always count on for advice or just to talk things through. He has a great sense of humor, and we share a lot of laughs together, which has made our bond even stronger. I admire his wisdom, and his approach to life has influenced me in so many ways.

What was the defining moment that made you choose your field of study/career path?
The most defining moment in my career journey came during my time competing in bodybuilding shows. I worked incredibly hard and became nationally qualified to compete for my pro card, but along the way, I realized something important. Despite the intense focus on fitness and physique, there was a serious lack of nutritional coaching in the bodybuilding community. I saw many athletes struggling with body dysmorphia and unhealthy relationships with food, and it became clear to me that this wasn’t just about aesthetics—it was about mental and emotional health, too. That’s when I knew I wanted to become a registered dietitian. I wanted to help those dealing with eating disorders and body image issues and create a more balanced, nutritious approach within the bodybuilding world. I knew I could make a difference by promoting healthier habits and offering the kind of support that the industry was lacking.

If you could tell the intended parents who are considering you one thing, what would it be?
If I could tell the intended family considering me as an egg donor one thing, it would be that I genuinely care about their journey and want to help them build their family. I understand how important this decision is, and I want them to know that I live a healthy, active lifestyle because I believe in taking care of my body. If I were in their shoes, I would want to know that my donor is someone who is not only physically healthy but also deeply committed to helping others. I would be honored to be a part of their path to parenthood and would offer them the very best of myself.
